🪩 And just like, you are creating your own inner space, where you reign, regulated. Where you release anything you are carrying that is not yours to carry 🙌🏻

🪩 Give yourself permission to pack it all in a backpack, and then set it down. Never to pick back up. This is how we start to clear.

🪩 When we give ourselves permission to breathe through it, to grow through it and to create SPACE to R•E•L•E•A•S•E it,
we SHIFT our entire system to a reset. A restart, a breath of fresh air. A inner space within that is able to receive because it LET GO of everything it was holding.

🪩 Give yourself permission to pack it all in a backpack, and then set it down. Never to pick back up. This is how we start to clear.

🪩 When we give ourselves permission to breathe through it, to grow through it and to create SPACE to R•E•L•E•A•S•E it,
we SHIFT our entire system to a reset. A restart, a breath of fresh air. A inner space within that is able to receive because it LET GO of everything it was holding.
